AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF EYE OF THE RIB STEAK - 12oz

The Rib “cap” has been removed leaving the center or the eye, the leanest part of the rib eye. The eye still has extensive marbling leading to a very tender, rich, and full bodied beef flavor. 

Steaks are 12oz each.
