AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF CAP OF THE RIB STEAK - 8oz

This cut is fairly new to steakhouses. This is only the outer cap from the rib eye, it is extensively marbled with fine strands of intramuscular fat. The “cap” is luscious, buttery, rich and extremely tender. 

Steaks are 8oz each.
