AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF SIRLOIN - 10oz

The sirloin is cut from the cap or the Coulotte. It is the muscle on the top sirloin with the most marbling. This marbling leads to a rich, medium bodied cut that is considerably more tender than a classic top sirloin. 

Steaks are 10oz each. Minimum order of two steaks.  Steaks only sold in even quantities.
